The Trust Mindset is a commercial mission statement and a sales method. The belief is that sales and non-sales are more effective in sales when winning trust is central. The “deal” will come later.

The philosophy must be simple enough for everyone in the organization. Ultimately, the weakest link determines the strength of the chain.

Only then does a situation arise where the sales team is more than the sum of all salespeople. Then the art is to put this common language in context for the commercial processes of the organization.

Determine at what level you want to gain trust (personal, product, company, time).

 

Determine what you can give for each process step.

 

Determine what you want to receive for each process step.

 

Determine the intention of giving: involvement or commitment.

The ultimate goal is to increase the effectiveness of sellers without adding additional ingredients; listening, giving value and receiving value to gain trust remains the minimum to be successful in sales.
